Who we are

O3 is a customer experience consultancy comprised of financial services experts. We partner with financial services companies and fintechs on a wide range of business problems — from customer experience to accessibility. We lean on actionable customer insights and historical data, iterative, data-driven process to find the best solution for your digital product. Working together, we’ll create new and authentic customer experiences or reinvigorate your existing ones.

Our story

While it’s hard to believe, we weren’t always in the financial services space. Ten years ago, our consulting team was approached by SEI Investments and Vertex Inc. to design and develop new product offerings. We knew we had to provide products and services that met not just our own high standards, but the stringent regulations of the financial service industry as well. We had to fortify all of our processes to meet the compliance and security needs of our customers.

Becoming experts in the financial services industry

We evolved our product agile processes and knowledge within the financial services and fintech space, and trained our staff in the unique demands of this industry — even hiring a financial specialist to teach us everything about investing, financial terms, and compliance. Next, we worked alongside the compliance team to vet concepts, content, and functionality. Eventually, we invited these specialists to be part of our agile teams.

Today, fiduciary responsibilities in both content and function are ingrained in everything we do. We’re passionate about building experiences to solve the complex challenges that customers in this industry face. And the work is invigorating. We stay motivated, knowing the positive impact we have on our customers and their communities.
